BIOGRAPHY:
Jamie Meighan is the co-founder and CEO of the world’s first Defence circular economy advanced materials company. With over 22 years of service in the Royal Air Force, Jamie retired as a Senior Officer, specializing in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance. During his career, he served in various roles, including pilot, Human Intelligence Operator, airborne specialist, requirements officer, and branch head. His last two years in service were spent on secondment to the United Nations, advising the 4-star military head of the Office of Military Affairs, with deployments to the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Central African Republic.

Meighan has extensive operational experience, having deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, and the Falkland Islands. He is a graduate of the USAF Air Command and Staff College and was the only UK officer selected as Directing Staff of the Multi-Domain Operations Strategist Course. He also taught Cyber Strategy at the USAF Cyber College. More recently, Jamie has served as a reserve officer, delivering operational planning courses worldwide.

Jamie holds a BA in History from the University of London, an MA in Leadership from Exeter, and an MSc in Military Operational Art and Science. His research interests include leadership, strategy, innovation, and decision-making. H
