鈥淚鈥檓 helping with onboarding, I鈥檓 on several interview committees and assisting with those processes,鈥� she said. 鈥淚鈥檓 also assisting with recruiting, but in a different way because I鈥檓 the department representative. It鈥檚 almost like I鈥檓 a generalist because I switch gears between many different things.鈥�
